Consent to the collection and processing of personal data
Hereby, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia dated June 13, 2015 No. ЗР-49 “On the Protection of Personal Data,” I freely, of my own free will and in my own interest, provide my consent (hereinafter referred to as the Consent) to the collection and processing of personal data to the Individual Entrepreneur Molchanov Mikhail Alekseevich, INN: 40175373, specified in this Consent, independently or jointly, my following personal data, including any changes, additions in relation to them, for the purposes and methods specified in this Consent:
- last name, first name, patronymic (if available);
- E-mail address;
Processing of personal data on the basis of the User Agreement by individual entrepreneur Mikhail Alekseevich Molchanov, INN: 40175373, (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), in order to provide me with:
✓ Access to the Operator Application for:
- registering me in the Joineo Video Editor Application and providing me with subsequent access to purchase Operator products;
- receiving requests, appeals, applications under contracts concluded by me with the Operator;
✓ Participation in competitions, promotions, and other marketing and advertising activities when sending out informational/advertising messages and/or registering and ensuring my participation in the marketing and advertising activities of the Operator.
In this Consent, the processing of personal data means automated, mixed and without the use of automation tools processing of personal data with the following actions or a set of actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use , depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction.
I hereby confirm my agreement with the Operator’s Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal data.
This Consent is valid from the date of acceptance of the User Agreement until the purpose of collecting and processing personal data is achieved.
This Consent may be revoked at any time by writing to the Operator at the email address: molchanov.ma.ai@gmail.com.
I hereby confirm that my conclusive actions (downloading the Application, registration, and clicking “Agree with the terms”) are, in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia dated June 13, 2015 No. ЗР-49 “On the Protection of Personal Data”, sufficient a form of expressing consent to the processing of my personal data and allows the parties to confirm the fact of receipt of such consent, while the Operator will not require other evidence to additionally confirm my free will.
